• The definitive registration is made by sending in the fully completed and signed registration form.
• Should the course not take place due to the cancellation of the instructor, under-subscription of the number of participants or other reasons on the part of the provider, the participants will of course receive a full refund of the course fee. No other claims can be asserted. This also applies to cancellations of any kind at short notice.
• Should the course participant not attend the course after registration or should he/she cancel the course prematurely, there is no entitlement to a refund of the course fee. In the event of cancellation up to 4 weeks before the start of the course, no costs will be charged. In the event of cancellation up to two weeks before the start of the course, the full course fee will be due.
• In case of serious personal circumstances, the course management will decide.
• PhysioNovo (Paul Geraedts) is not liable for any damage incurred during participation in the course. In all cases, irrespective of the legal grounds, the participant indemnifies PhysioNovo (Mr Geraedts) against all claims, provided there is no gross negligence or intent.
• In particular, it is forbidden to pass on the knowledge acquired in the courses to third parties through events or courses, unless PhysioNovo (Paul Geraedts) gives written permission.
